The Challenge
Tern Bathrooms launched in 2025, designing, supplying and fitting bathrooms from their showroom in Ballymount, Dublin 24, from full renovations to wetrooms and mobility bathrooms. The team knew bathrooms inside out, but Tern itself was brand new. No name in the market, no brand, no website, no ads and no system for handling enquiries. Everything had to be built from scratch.
The Brief
Build the whole thing from day one. A brand people would remember, a website that sells the work, ads that bring in the right homeowners every week, and one place for the showroom team to manage every enquiry so none slip through the cracks.
Our Approach
We were there from the very start. We built the Tern brand, then a brand new website designed to show off the work and turn visitors into enquiries, with live chat so people could get in touch the moment they were ready.
Then the ads. Google Ads for people actively searching for a new bathroom, and Facebook & Instagram ads to put Tern in front of homeowners before they started shopping around. We filmed the bathrooms ourselves. Before and afters, close ups, and short videos with strong hooks that stop the scroll. Those videos became the engine behind the whole account.
Every enquiry lands in the CRM, so the showroom team can see every lead, follow up fast and know exactly where each sale came from.
