The Challenge
FamilyGrass have been transforming gardens across Ireland for over two decades, with showrooms, installation teams, and a serious commercial side covering schools and creches. But their marketing wasn't matching the quality of the work. They'd been with an agency running ads that weren't pulling their weight, leads were inconsistent, and they had no real picture of what was actually driving business. They knew there was a much bigger opportunity if marketing was done properly, and they wanted a team that would get into the business with them rather than just running ads from a distance.
The Brief
Get the ads performing properly. Build a system that catches and converts every lead coming in. And bring marketing right into the business so it actually backs up the sales team as they scale up.
Our Approach
We started with Google Ads. The existing setup was tired, so we took it over, rebuilt it from scratch, and got it generating consistent business month on month. That was the first win, and it gave Martin and the team the confidence to go further.
From there, we moved into lead management. Plenty of leads were coming in, but there wasn't a clear picture on what was happening with them. We built out a full lead management system with automations baked in. Quick follow-ups on new enquiries, nurture flows for people still deciding, and re-engagement for older contacts. The sales team had everything they needed to win more of the business that was already in front of them.
Once those foundations were solid, we expanded into the full package. We're now on site at the installs and showrooms regularly, capturing social-first video and photography. We run their Facebook and Instagram ads, and look after their social profiles too. Plus general marketing support across the board, with the team regularly in person with Martin and the sales team to back up the scaling of the business.
