They'd been through agencies that struggled to keep up with the pace of the business. Their ads were ticking over but not performing anywhere near their potential. They didn't have clear visibility into what was actually working. And they'd ended up using third-party channels too often to top up their leads because their own marketing wasn't always giving them confidence.

The Brief

Get the ads performing properly. Get full visibility into what's working and what's not. Get marketing backing up the ambitious sales targets. And build confidence that the business can drive its own leads without needing a backup option.

Our Approach

We kicked off with in-person workdays to really get into the business, side by side with the team, and get things rebuilt the right way. We worked on fresh targets and goals, audited all the accounts. With those insights we all had a game plan.

Google Ads was first. Full fresh campaigns and tracking. Next was Meta with a brand new approach and a special ingredient. Ecoplex hadn't done video before, so we handled full video shoots for them. Concepts, scripts, shoots, edits. Dozens of social-first videos that have been a big winner, massively driving down their cost per lead.

To give the sales team a dig out we set up email campaigns and automations to convert more of the leads coming in, and brought in call tracking so they could finally see the full picture.

The full works, plus training for the in-house team so everyone was confident in the approach going forward.
